How to merge photos
- Add your images in the order you want them. They are merged in the order listed, so drop them in sequence or remove and re-add one to fix the order.
- Choose an arrangement: side by side (a row at a shared height), stacked (a column at a shared width), or a grid. For a grid, set the number of columns.
- Set the gap between photos and a background color, which also fills the gaps and any transparent areas.
- Pick the output format (JPEG, PNG, or WebP), set a filename, then merge and download.
When to use it
Merging is the quick way to make one shareable image out of several: a before-and-after pair side by side, a run of screenshots stacked into a single file, or a small collage in a grid. A single image posts and messages cleanly where a handful of separate files would scatter.
The row and column layouts only scale the photos, so nothing is cropped and full images stay intact; reach for those when every photo has to be seen whole. The grid gives each photo an equal cell and center-crops to fill it, which looks tidier for a set of mixed shapes. Add a gap and a background color when you want the pieces framed rather than butted together.
