How to merge PDFs
- Drop, click, or paste at least two PDFs into the drop zone.
- Check the order in the list. Files are merged top to bottom; remove one and add it again to move it.
- Set the output file name.
- Press Merge PDFs and download the combined document.
When to use it
Scattered files that belong together, chapters of a report, a batch of scanned pages, a contract and its appendix, are easier to send and archive as a single PDF. Merging here keeps the original page content untouched and just stitches the documents end to end in the order you set.
The work happens in your browser’s memory with no upload, which suits documents you would rather not hand to an online converter, like signed forms or financial statements. One caveat: remove a password from a protected PDF in its source app first, since an encrypted file may not carry its contents through the merge.

There’s no fixed limit, but everything runs in your browser’s memory, so very large documents are bounded by your device.
Why won’t my file merge correctly?
A corrupt file can’t be loaded and the merge reports a failure. A password-protected PDF should have its password removed in its source app first, otherwise its contents may not come through correctly.
